Pros

Remote working setup is good. But collaboration can be tough many times.

Cons

I worked there for only six months before switching jobs because they take a very long time to hire. Once you’re hired, the initial excitement fades when you realize projects aren’t organized properly. The management process is weak, and priorities constantly shift because leadership isn’t sure what to do.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. To begin with, we have not had an SEO Specialist on our team before. We just hired one a few days ago, so this review is definitly be anothr fake one or from competitons. Even if this is a valid review, we respectfully disagree regarding the comments about uncertainty and lack of organization, Designity operates on strong OKR (Objectives and Key Results) principles. At the start of each quarter, we set clear company-wide goals that align the entire team around a shared mission. From there, team members propose their own projects and measurable KRs, which are mapped into timelines to ensure structured execution. These projects are then broken down into weekly tasks so that the team stays focused, organized, and intentional in delivering results. We are proud of our collaborative, process-driven environment and remain committed to continuous improvement as we grow.

Pros

Designity has played a huge role in my professional growth. I've had the opportunity to work with incredible clients, collaborate with talented creatives, and take on leadership responsibilities that have expanded my skills beyond design alone. The culture is supportive, flexible, and filled with people who care about doing great work. I've especially appreciated the trust that's given to creatives and the opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Cons

Agency life naturally comes with changing priorities and busy seasons, but I've found that communication and support are always available when needed.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my collaboration here with Designity over the past few years. They has a strong vision, supportive and really hardworking leadership, and a culture that genuinely values creativity and growth. One thing I appreciate most is the flexibility and the opportunity to work with talented people across different industries and projects. I’ve personally never had any issues with payments or professionalism. Everything has always been handled properly and on time, which is something I truly value when working with a company long-term. The leadership team is ambitious and focused on building something sustainable for the future, which gives me confidence in where the company is heading. I also appreciate that they continue investing in improving the organization and creating more stability for the core team. Overall, I love my job and feel grateful to be part of Designate with such an exciting future ahead.

Cons

Recently, the company made the difficult decision to reduce some freelancer and part-time positions in order to invest more heavily in full-time team members and long-term growth. Naturally, that made some people unhappy, which is understandable. Change is never easy, especially in creative industries. However, from my perspective, the decisions were made with the future of the company in mind, and I believe the leadership is trying to build a stronger and more sustainable organization.
