      Lots of wonderful people at the company.

      Cons

      Some toxic behaviors make some days miserable. Lack of staffing will make life/work balance unattainable unless you simply refuse to get everything done.

      Great atmosphere Company culture Diversity & inclusion They’re very generous and really care about the employees just about as much as they do their clients.

      Cons

      A lot of work but if you’re paid hourly there’s an opportunity to make overtime.
