      Good PTOs, easy to get approval on them.

      Cons

      Bonuses come only from the client. Promotions depends on both companies, but dev.pro seems to support our career

      Pros

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Cons

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.
