Our company has high requirements for Project Managers' team and we expect them to provide high level of communication and visibility, because we trust them with building long-term relationships with clients. But we don't want them to answer 24/7 and we teach our clients to respect time of our specialists. It's unfortunate, that you faced such challenge as overtime during the work with Dev-Pro: it's part of life, when you're working in outsourcing business. We try hard to reduce those cases, but we can't get rid of them permanently. And we really appreciate dedication of our team to work extra, so Dev-Pro compensates time spent on overtime with 1.5 rate in Ukraine.
