Declining Culture and Lack of Employee Well-Being - Anonymous employee Devoteam Employee Review

The company culture deteriorated significantly over time. The focus became exclusively financial, with little concern for employees’ well-being. I experienced a constant environment of psychological pressure that had a real impact on my mental health. After five years of dedication, I never received a real salary increase, only variable compensation and allowances. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, recognition, or a healthy work environment.
