Pros

Decent benefits. Remote work. That’s pretty much it.

Cons

Nepotism truly runs rampant- all you have to do is look at the leadership reporting structure and you’ll see family members reporting to other family members. Absolutely insane. Leaders lack compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us. We’re happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the ability to work remotely with us! We’re pleased to be able to offer this benefit at this time for this role. We’re sorry to hear that your experience thus far has been less than optimal. Devoted Health encourages all employees to share information on open positions to qualified friends and former colleagues. We do not make hiring or promotion decisions based on existing or previous relationships. Currently, it is not permitted to have family members report to one another in any department at Devoted. We’re sorry to hear this was not the perspective or experience you have had. We recognize that all experiences and perspectives are different and welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation. If you are interested in doing so, please reach out to Michelle Mulcahy at mmulcahy@devoted.com.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
