Pros

the office location was nice

Cons

- It's clear the managers have zero management or leadership experience, they truly have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Concrete examples: - I didn't meet my direct supervisor until 3 weeks into my job, and I had to be the one to introduce myself to them. - Managers call you out directly in front of peers for mistakes and are not at all open to new ideas or employee feedback. - They would show up completely unprepared to employee evaluation meetings and provide no solutions or tools for improvement. - The leadership group was insanely ''cliquey'' with obvious favoritism leading to a toxic workplace and little respect from the rest of the employees. - They randomly fired multiple high-performing employees because they didn't conform to the tiny box that was set for them - no job security.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing this piece of feedback with us, It’s disappointing to read this. As you know, one of Dialogue's values is "We Care Deeply", and strive to always prioritize empathy in every interaction with our members. We’re sorry to hear that your time at Dialogue did not align with what our organization strives for in terms of employee experience. Both the Talent & Culture team as well as our Care Coordination Management team are always available if you would like to discuss in more details.

Pros

-good company benefits -great and responsive colleagues even if distance work (not team lead) -possibility to work from the office

Cons

- you don’t have any control over your appointments -you can have 4 appointments back to back without knowing in advance what’s the client issue (suicidal patients included - not leaving you time to adjust to what you just heard as you need to finish your clinical notes too) -shift overview is unpredictable -you need to download a lot of app on your personal computer as part time doesn’t have access to any materials. It can definitely slow down your computer. -mid provision exam (makes the job stressful at the beginning) -a lot of calls are just referring patients to walk in clinics (simple tasks kind of boring for our academical formation)

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and recommendations pertaining to your experience as a Mental Health Specialist with the Dialogue team. We, as an organization, are always looking for feedback, whether it may be positive or constructive, as it will help us to improve our current processes and ways of working moving forward. Recently, the distribution of appointments has been revised by our management teams for all MHS employees, ensuring that all have enough time between appointments dedicated for note taking and other administrative tasks related to the nature of the role. Regarding one's work schedules, Dialogue is committed to working on optimizing this process with the goal of offering a schedule that offers more stability for our operations staff members. When it comes to diversity and inclusion, we as a company know that these two factors will allow us to get closer to our mission of helping people improve their wellbeing - hence why we empower each member of our team to bring their whole selves to work, every single day. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not one that reflected Dialogue's D&I values . Thank you once again for sharing feedback with the team.
