Pros
Strong management team now (it's changed since 2016) with good vision and transparency that helps create an enjoyable team atmosphere. The fast-paced, intense atmosphere are exactly what I was looking for. Lots of amenities here from restaurants you can walk to, the John Wayne airport across the street, a gym downstairs, and lots of windows to see the San Gabriels!
Cons
Not much to complain about, really. I used to dislike the OC a lot, but it's grown on me and now I really love it!
