Some nice perks, like the free lunches.

Cons

No company culture. Mostly unfriendly. No desire to make great games, just want to plod along getting by with the core staff. Very trigger happy to make large layoffs.

* They never overwork you (if you work 10 extra hours this week, work 10 less next week) * First company I've worked for where I feel like the Company cares about me too, not just my coworkers. * Their way of making a game is very customer-centric, in a way that I love.

Cons

Honestly? None. I have no issues with my job.
