Pros
The company has a good ongoing project, they care about the staff (the one place I've felt like a person and not a number in my career), prepared lunch daily (pre-covid era), nice offices, good salaries, bonuses, amazing work-life balance, partially paid gym downstairs and plenty or training resources for the employees.
Cons
The location London, Ontario is has a small town vibe that may not be for everyone, also there is a "clicky culture" in the studio tan can be isolating, but this is common for 200+ staff studios.
