Pros
Passionate, intelligent people. Open to new ideas and innovations. Work in the health care field has an impact on patient outcomes. Management consistently recognizes quality work.
Cons
Lack of structure - very much a "make your own way" organization. Demanding schedules and lack of work/life balance at times. Minimal support for administrative concerns like benefits. All of these are pretty standard for small companies. This isn't a big company, which means you have less corporate BS but also less structure and support.
