Pros
Everyone at DigitalMarketer is smart and passionate, and it's great to work with people who love what they do and are willing to share their knowledge. Everyone here works hard, and everyone digs in - upper management doesn't assign you something that they wouldn't be willing to do (and are probably already doing) themselves. We have an open culture, so dialogue and constructive criticism are welcomed and encouraged. We believe in celebrating our wins, and credit is given where credit is due. Both management and executives are willing to take the time to listen to employees' ideas, and the company is willing to invest in your training. The company highly guards its culture, which is one of the reasons the hiring process here is so selective and intense. If you're someone who gives a damn (one of the company's mottos), you can have a very rewarding career with lots of opportunities here at DigitalMarketer.
Cons
DigitalMarketer is currently growing, which is great, but we're also currently experiencing some growing pains. We're going through the "awkward teenage years," so to speak. But I'm confident that when we come out of this we'll be better than ever, which is saying something since we set the bar high for ourselves.
