Pros

When I chose to leave DigitalMarketer the one thing that kept me there for so long were the people. Everyone there has the same goal and it's almost like a little family.

Cons

Working as a female at DigitalMarketer was challenging to say the least. The environment is very much a "boy's club" and at times it felt like my opinion did not matter with upper management because I was a female. The mid level mangers are great but the only people that make actual decisions (raises etc) there are the president. If you are looking for any type of organization within a company, DM is not for you. Raises are not based on how much you contribute to the company and if you are not best friends with upper management then you are looking forward to no raises at all.

Pros

I came to DigitalMarketer with absolutely zero experience in regards to marketing, especially online marketing. Digital Marketer gave me the tools, invested in my education, and most of all... really cared about my success... similar to older siblings that want to guide and help you succeed. If you have the give a damn and common sense you can gain 15+ years of normal work experience in less than 5. Your growth will never be retrained at Digital Marketer. I couldn't think of a smarter group of people to work with, not to mention the fun environment.

Cons

This stuff is ADDICTING! You can find yourself working late into the evening... but not because your managers are telling you to do so. This company moves fasts and driven individuals that align with our mission may have trouble maintaining work/life balance (but, it's always your choice :)).
