Externally Cool, Internally Disappointing - Associate Dimensional Innovations Employee Review

The dedication stated above leads to exhaustion and burnout, with little to no recognition or reward. Very unstable environment: hire - layoff, hire-layoff. It's a vicious cycle. Too many levels of management and constantly changing leadership/structure. Promotions and career advancement exist only for certain departments or those who complain. HR support is sub-par; giving little confidence that concerns/issues will be resolved.
