Business Outlook
Pros
Diversity and inclusion is huge at this company and it makes a big impact, and for that DI should be very proud. It was a very fun environment and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. There was room for growth.
Cons
The training was lacking, however, and the company grew too fast at one point and shut down operation at one facility. There were many layoffs and I didn't feel safe after that. The pay was average at best.
