Working flexibility/remote options. Uniquely gifted + kind employees that all have a "we're in this together to make something amazing" mentality. Wide breadth of job roles. Complete company financial transparency (humility) + bonus opportunities (GGOB), which means a lot especially when we've hard hard markets/layoffs. Unique/innovative projects that make a difference (specifically for children/healthcare). Employee recognition + reward (CEO/teams write everyone birthday cards, monthly $100 giftcards). Internal motivation to keep getting better at what we do.
Cons
Compensation currently does not meet the market standard for my role, but when I brought this up and asked for a raise, I've never felt like it was pushed aside or ignored. Other compensation opportunities were provided.
