      Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Base salaries are lower than other companies. They've had problems paying out commissions and bonuses to reps and consultants and have even back tracked on previous years comp plans.

      Pros

      remote work, coworkers are very knowledgeble, could cover some certs.

      Cons

      management is completely incompetent, barely knows what security is, one of the types 'talk 60 min and said nothing'. workspace became very toxic due to micromanagement which affected overall team mood. They will literally try to pay you lower salary that listed on the JD.
