      The company offers a decent salary, plus flexible working conditions. They also offers remote working.

      Cons

      There's internal conflict between departments, which unfortunately seeps down from management to employees. On top of that, there's too much micromanagement from non-technical managers.

Personal accountability... no politics, your performance is based on the skills and outcomes you bring to the table. Learning opportunity - despite vast experience in the industry I have gained huge insight on all aspects of the industry, from start-ups to entrenched insurers.
