Pros

Pay ranges are above the average for the area and colleagues are mostly awesome out of the office.

Cons

Docebo is trying to face a significative organizational upsizing by chasing sales-driven go to market momentum, that brought the Company to approach large Enterprises. Product and organization are not mature enough though, generating growing pains and struggles, if not failure at all. Processes have not scaled accordingly with customer needs, nor teams did: meaning that this breakthrough happened but was probably not either planned or prepared carefully in advance. There are somewhat poor leadership capabilities among senior management and C-Suite is not fully able to continuously convey trust and togetherness, as they are still acting bossy. In fact most of them are born and raised within Docebo itself and are showing limits in driving this expansion. Talented new employees usually peep out and run away after few months or just before their first day. Additionally, quite few seasoned employees with talent and experience fled lately. Technological progresses are achieved based on heroic efforts and solo goodwill: there's definitely no consolidate enterprise vision.

Pros

Base salary is OK Benefits are good Commission and bonuses can be good

Cons

Changing bonus structure after a quarter starts, there are times when you will lose commission unfairly. You are responsible for everything, be prepared to have to do everything even if it's out of the scope of the CSM role and be accountable for everything. Leadership does not help, only questions you, doesn't provide any guidance only criticizes you and they will criticize you in front of others and often No work/life balance, leadership works all of the time and they will question if something slips because you weren't on top of it. I think the expectation is everyone has to work all of the time. No vacation time, good luck taking time off and actually being able to step away. CSMs have way too many accounts, there is a lot of turnover on this team and it's because of leadership. CSMs are toxic and do not support each other Leadership thinks CSMs should be on calls all day but also be strategic and proactive. If you want to stay ahead be prepared to work evenings and weekends. I don't see how this company will continue to grow in it's current model, it's like working at a high school where popularity is more valuable than performance. No growth opportunities for CSMs.
