      Not suitable if you're looking for mentorship /growth as it is a sporadic and spontaneous culture. High turnover rate.

      Some colleagues are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      -Company fails to contribute to EPF and even challenges staff to report them. -No employee insurance or basic welfare provided. -Management lacks direction, planning, and transparency. -Extremely cost-cutting to the point of refusing necessary resources for staff to perform effectively. Overall, a cheapskate culture with no concern for employee well-being.
