Pros
the money was pretty good most of the time, but i could never be sure what my checks would be, or if people might steal sales from me. there wasn't a lot of trust among coworkers and way less when it came to management.
Cons
the whole structure of the company is a joke, and it is clear that the people running the show are only concerned for their own pockets and have no interest in their employees or customers. it's embarrassing the things they expect sales-people to put up with. commission amounts for individual items shift constantly, sometimes being cut in half without explanation. i would not recomment people shop there, let alone work there.
