      Pros

      Unrivalled access to the country's best retailers.

      Cons

      Management was very old school, awash with micro-managers, not transparent with staff. Divisions didn't share enough resources. Not tech savvy enough. Immediate superior was incompetent and pitted employees against each other all the time.

      Pros

      Suuuuper easy-going work environment. Employees are friendly and inclusive.

      Cons

      Can’t offer/pay much. Office runs a bit leisurely which can be confusing at times when planning a work schedule.
