The company culture makes it easy to feel valued and included right away. One thing that truly stands out is the transparency and communication from management. Leadership does a great job keeping everyone informed, supported, and aligned with the company’s goals. It’s clear they care about both the success of the business and the growth of their employees. Unrealistic goals Extremely high turnover Incompetent C-levels Disorganized leadership Corporate values sound good, are completely hollow and not followed by leadership. Terrible benefits.
