It seems my direct supervisor trusts that I am performing in my role , as I am generally left alone about instruction and trusted in my vision.
Cons
Since '20 it seems those in control at a district level are in over their heads. Lack of organization in response to COVID 19 has left teachers feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and (as always) underpaid.
