Personal growth => None. Small company with limited opportunities to progress. most of the top managers are there for years and are not moving up which is limiting the new employees to grow. also too much family and friends and outsiders are not given equal opportunity to grow. Work life balance => too much inside politics due to limited opportunities, poor work culture and inefficiencies. just a bad work atmosphere and cause of ill health. Training => no investment in training employees. Loyalty = > No loyalty towards employees. Short term view. No long term employment. Business = > Company sells products to dollar stores , closeout stores etc. Cheap, low quality low price products.
