Every one will not get learning opportunity, The recruitment process is not upto the mark, If we refer any candidate, he may not get any call from Dr.Reddy's Even my CV was forwarded by many of my friends who are then in Dr.Reddy's, i have not received any single call, but was recruited through an consultancy. In my three years tenure, i have referred so many candidates, none of them received a call from Dr.Reddy's. Performance Appraisal System - Not believable, they say it is 360° Performance appraisal, but comlpetely depends on your boss appraisal only. No feedback session during appraisals. Employees working for more than 20, 25 years will not be recognised, they are at very low cadre and at very low salary, when compared to new recruits - this shows that Dr.Reddy's failed in developing a person associated with them for more than 20 years and they find a equally or more competent person in the market who is hardly 10 years experienced. Hardy any one can get not more than 10% hike in salary every year and the pity is even one will get 0% hike in salary, which will not atleast suffice inflation. But people are even love to work, as they will not get that much freedom in any other company....
