Pros
The wages, health and vacation benefits are very good. The only three things I miss about working there.
Cons
Management does not work well with the manufacturing labor force. Communication between shifts does not happen. There is no real accountability for the job each shift does or doesn't do. The walk behind fork lifts are old, under powered and slows down production. the plant was opened with an outdated water system that should have been updated before they opened their doors. The vacuum system for the presses is inadequate making them run very inefficient and dirty which makes it difficult to produce quality tablets. The company was hasty in opening the plant without updating essential processes before opening. Plus the Negative feedback that is constantly thrown at the operators make it a real hastle to work there. The Process incidents that occur there would probably be cut down drastically if these issues were addressed. And the management would probably be a lot less stressed and would probably not create such a negative atmosphere.
