Pros

C-Level Visionaries: An inspiring example of how to prioritize bonuses over employees. Truly a masterclass in profit-focused leadership. State-of-the-Art Tech: Step back in time to experience the cutting-edge technologies of the ‘90s. If you're nostalgic for floppy disks and dial-up internet, you're in for a treat! Unlimited Growth Potential (for the Execs): While you may not get a bonus, you’ll watch the top brass enjoy their well-earned 7-figure payouts with a smile. :)

Cons

The CTO once said in an official email, 'Not everything is about the money.' Which is hard to believe when it’s the only thing they seem to care about. :)

Pros

The work environment is genuinely friendly, with team members always willing to help one another. There are a variety of projects, and if you’re looking to change domains or work with different technologies, the team actively supports you in finding new opportunities. While there are some legacy projects, the company encourages initiatives for new or internal projects, including clubs and other activities. It’s great to see that colleagues have individual growth plans, which really helps in improving professionally and feeling valued within the team. Flexible working hours and fully remote working option is a bonus/

Cons

Office management from the owners's side could be improved, but the company is making an effort to support them and address these issues. With the fully remote working option you might lose connectivity with the people outside your team/project.

Cons

It doesn't really matter how you perform 99% of the time people are just promoted to Mid after 1 year but salaries are for starting Junior
