While there are some legacy projects, the company encourages initiatives for new or internal projects, including clubs and other activities. It’s great to see that colleagues have individual growth plans, which really helps in improving professionally and feeling valued within the team. Cons
Office management from the owners's side could be improved, but the company is making an effort to support them and address these issues. With the fully remote working option you might lose connectivity with the people outside your team/project.
