      Pros

      Dreamworks is a great place to work. Full of creative people all around you who constantly inspire you to do better. It is truly an art driven workplace.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any huge cons except for the recent layoffs which are not specific to Dreamworks and have affected the whole industry.
