You have almost no say in anything, you’re basically just there to do whatever the client wants. There’s a lot of micromanaging, and there’s really no room to grow because you’re only expected to follow orders. The managers don’t seem to know what they’re doing, they never give you clear goals, but they always nag you anyway. As a contractor, you have zero real input in the project. You’ll only get assigned to meaningless, zero-impact projects.
