Pros
- People are just amazing, you feel integrated since day 1 . Everyone is always available to help and exchange ideas - No micromanagement - managers trust you to deliver results and give you support when needed. - Socials - In Lisbon we organise a lot of informal socials even remotely and it's great to connect with everyone on a frequent basis. - Progression & Learning - I feel that I'm learning all the time though I joined about 2,5 years. On top of that you are recognised quite often (voucher nominations, praise channel, performance reviews etc). - Onboarding & Recruitment are typically very structured which from my personal perspective really makes a difference
Cons
- Lack of clear processes in some teams ( same level as other startups).
