      Stay away from Spruance Plant - Supply Chain DuPont Employee Review

      Pros

      Good pay and relatively good benefits. This is about the only "pro" from my perspective. I can only speak about the Spruance facility as it was the only site I saw.

      Cons

      80 year old plant with 80 year old culture. They have not moved into the 21st century yet. No focus on customers or employees, only on the shareholder.

      Fun co-workers, collaboration with other interns, easy work, good pay, very well organized, planned trips and lunches, etc.

      Cons

      Projects were not extremely challenging

      Pay is decent for the area Depending on your manager, they are typically pretty flexible with your time worked

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and red tape Constant spinning-off of parts of the company New in-office requirements when previous hybrid schedule allowed more time wfh
