Pros
Dubizzle used to be one of the best tech hubs in Dubai so it's a good name on the CV You do get to learn quite a bit, they have a unique way for dealing with product management. People are generally friendly and nice office setting. (but read on the Cons to understand what happened in the last 2 years or so)
Cons
The company had a merger with Bayut. Unfortunately Bayut has a very different military style culture so things are not good anymore. They are cutting salaries and people are not happy. Half of the company was let go although people were told by the former OLX management they they were safe during the COVID-19 period. These were just lies and the new management had quite a few suprises in store. Oh and did I mention that whoever is left there either miserable or have already quit! I seriously wouldn't recommend working for this company anymore unless you kinda running out options for two reasons; the new management's style and secondly Dubizzle now is now an old company, you're way better off to join a new exciting startup where you can learn a lot.
