      Pros

      Faculty and students are very friendly and helpful. It is a nice environment to do science.

      Cons

      Most people here do really basic science, eg cell development, differentiation, and signaling. Only very few labs work on translational research.

      - Good work environment - Could have a good work-life balance, depending on PIs

      Cons

      - Workload could be high depend on PIs - Job is not necessarily secured (could be let go in 3 months or a year if not compatible with the lab)
