Cons
The owner is an abomination of a businessman. You will be promised hundreds of thousands of dollars when hired only to find out that they will have trouble paying you. They will find a way to not pay you or withhold pay for commissions earned. They will expect you to work way more hours than necessary to do the job. They are not willing to work with you on your schedule at all if you have any personal obligations. The owner wants you to submit to him that he is awesome and a great businessman. If you push back at all they will let you go and not give you a reason. Once gone they will attempt not pay you the commissions that you are still due. Just find another job. This place is not worth it.
