Pros
I am in the process of interviewing and I’m hoping to be able to write a great review in a few months from now. From my many years of experience, you have to take things with a grain of salt and you make of it what you want to. The seminars are very well thought out and executed. I sat in on one last week. The presenter was a very genuine and smart. It wasn’t an annuity sales pitch.
Cons
I’m hoping there are no cons but as for all of the apps and agreements I am asked to sign, as of right now, I will only sign if a bunch of items get amended and clarified in more detail. I’m also waiting on my actual contract that states compensation and benefits and such. I met a few advisors from the office the other day and they seem very knowledgeable so obviously something good is going on there if they’ve been there for a while.
