Nothing really good about, they seems to have some opportunities pop up around RTP area. Do not depend on this company for your career, they will talk with smile with you when they need you or else they will abuse you and insult you
Cons
Ask for atleast $125/hr if you are consultant. They still have good leverage, If you start low rate they will never increase the rate or even salary till end of your life. Very outdated system of time management, no discipline or respect they will give you. They hold your checks for two months, the owner of this consultant company used all the money so they kind of not pay regularly their own employees
