No training; felt lost the entire time

do proper training next time for new employee hires
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at DynPro.
These people are very slow when it comes to hiring. I was contacted about a positon back in May but the guy did not call me until the end of June to inform me interviews will be conducted in July. Still took 2 weeks before anyone could inverview me. There is no communication throughout the interview process.
