Pros
You get to do a wide variety of tasks, so things rarely feel repetitive.
Cons
Nobody to talk to. You can commiserate with coworkers, but the company is tiny, and revolves around the owner, who often inserts himself to yell at people, while being generally disconnected from anything actually happening beyond sales/finances. Any criticism singles you out, and you end up with a target on your back. There are only the "in" group, and the "out" group.
The company has been around since the 90s, but doesn't appear to have grown at all beyond possibly making the owner more wealthy. Any talk of improving things generally gets hand-waved away, and you end up discouraged, and deflated.
As you learn the company lore, you find out about a troubling history of favoritism, including wild office parties, and excused behavior that would be beyond the pale anywhere else, but is apparently acceptable so long as you're part of the 'clique'.
Pay is laughable, and benefits just shrink every single year.
Food/snacks in the office are a mix of expired food, frozen burritos, and beer.
