Pros

You get to walk around the building most of the day and collect a pay check. Perfect for people who can't get hired at a real software company and willing to get paid less than industry standard. The company also has monthly happy hours that the CEO makes mandatory. That's right, mandatory happy hour.

Cons

The CEO doesn't know how to run a software company. He is a penny wise, pound foolish type of guy that doesn't like change. If you are desperate and decide to work here you will not make a meaningful impact, the CEO has to approve everything. If you have a VP or higher title you are equivalent to a supervisor at a real | major software company. The CEO's "leadership" team pulls the wool over his eyes daily by agreeing with him and making him feel like he has control... he loves control. The reality is the company is on a downward spiral and having a hard time acquiring new customers. If you want to work for thriving company with cutting edge technology look somewhere else. However, if you enjoy working for a company that has zero leadership, zero accountability and high turnover then you have found your home.

Pros

No pros, this company is a mess.

Cons

No company vision, very weak leadership, every day is a fire drill due to lack of management and company vision. The company has been around since 2005 and still conducts business as if they are in startup mode. All requests have to be approved by the CEO, management is handcuffed in the decision making process. CEO takes a long time to make a decision which will cost the company to miss the boat on a lot of sales opportunities. A company who sells software, but only has one sales executive to sell product. This company is not for you if you are looking for freedom to think, a growing thriving company, a chance to be creative. You will be handcuffed as soon as you walk in the door. You will never have a chance to move up, the company runs very lean . Lack of company culture.
