Pros
- Strong collaborative culture and great people - Regularly welcoming new blue-chip accounts as customers - Employee contributions and successes are tangible and it’s easy to feel appreciated - Incredibly powerful product that can compete with any other product on the market I have been fortunate to work for 4 leading software vendors in my career and this role has been the best experience of them all.
Cons
- It is not always a perfectly smooth process being a high growth company, there are bumps in the road - we sometimes lose deals and those hurt
