This is a company that is on its way out of business. The founder and owner has sold all his stock and has no further financial interest. He now runs the business like a playtoy or a hobby. He thinks more about his next motor scooter ride, what next model Porsche to buy or what color to pick for his next motorcycle. The president on the other hand, has every single piece of the business so micromanaged that you have to send him an email and wait for approval before you can go to the men's room.
