Obsession with superficial tickey-box approach to school improvement No down time - unreasonable expectation that staff remain on duty at lunchtime Inadequate forward-planning; E-ACT stumble and bumble from one crisis to the next. Results of staff surveys are not disclosed - E-ACT don't like the truth! No "staff voice" but VERY high staff turnover; unhappy staff = unproductive staff Complete disregard for any reasonable work / life balance.
