Pros
Some of the brightest people I have ever met and had the pleasure to work alongside. E INK started at MIT and still retains many MIT (and IVY league) graduates. Very, interesting technology that really captures the true essence of nanotechnology coupled with commercial success. People are quite friendly, and it is easy work on projects that one would be interested in working.
Cons
Moving away from Cambridge to Billerica will hurt the recruitment and retention of the best minds in Boston (and probably the world). The market size for e-readers has shrunk significantly due to tablets, and more marketing and new ideas needed fast. If you are looking to slow down, E INK might not be for you; it's very fast-paced, and energetic.
