Pros

Working at EBAS was a rewarding experience. The job had its challenges, but it also gave me so many opportunities to grow. Adrian was not just a great leader but also a mentor and a supportive colleague. He trusted me with projects outside my comfort zone, which helped me build my confidence and skills in recruiting, sales, and business development. What I appreciated most was how EBAS invested in its people. I was given access to training programs that improved my skills in agency recruiting, AI prompting, and sales strategies. The company truly values learning and growth, and I’m very grateful for the experience. If I had the chance, I would definitely work with EBAS again!

Cons

None at the moment. I left because of the time difference in US and Sydney.

Pros

Supportive team, collaborative environment, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow from experienced recruiters.

Cons

There is a lot to learn during the first few weeks, so the learning curve is steep.

Pros

Pros High-energy, high-performance team that pushes you to do your best. Surrounded by elite recruiters who raise the standard every day. Adrian is a hands-on, tech-savvy CEO and systems builder with a lot to learn from. Strong culture of continuous learning and improvement. Much more technology-driven than a typical recruiting agency. Always open to adopting new tools and automation to make recruiters more effective. Focus on quality, exclusive searches rather than competing on low-value roles. Leadership works hard to secure exclusive engagements, so your effort is invested in the right opportunities. Strong market reputation that gives recruiters added credibility with clients and candidates. Well-defined systems and processes make it easier to execute consistently. A genuinely supportive, team-first culture where colleagues celebrate your wins as enthusiastically as their own. That spirit starts with leadership and creates an environment where everyone wants each other to succeed.

Cons

None for me personally. If you enjoy structured processes, high standards, and continuous improvement, it's an excellent place to work.
