Lots of people can work remote Divisions are friendly and great to work for Managers care about their employees
Cons
Senior Leadership is befuddled and can't decide which direction to go. They are very out of touch with their employees and are struggling to wring the most money out of the company in a short time, not caring about a true base for growth and happy customers. Since the acquisition by Carlyle Group, Senior Leadership is in a frenzy to "meet numbers" (can anyone say "meet their bonus structure?") which have obviously been very inflated and grossly exaggerated.
