Pros
ECi is a very strong multi-layered software company, that is doing very well in the vertical markets they service. ECi offers 401K matching, healthcare HSA programs with a nice bonus for families to help pay healthcare costs. Leadership is always there to help and guide you in the right direction. ECi brought in some new blood from an HR perspective a few years ago, and it took a while for the old blood to catch on. ECi has invested in building and growing a great culture for its employees and it worked! There is a real focus on having a culture and having engaged employees. The President, Trevor, and CEO Ron have made huge strides in communication with the employees. ECi was a much smaller company 10 years ago and there have been some changes over the years. With any company that is in a growth strategy, there is going to be some discomfort when there are management changes. ECi invests a lot of time into its employees and if you are willing to put the work in, you will see the rewards.

It's hard to think of any cons, as I think ECi has done a good job overall.
