Great team, very mission-focused - Manager ECP Employee Review

As a new college graduate, I had been struggling to get a job. It was so stressful applying and going through different interview processes but since the moment I started with ECP they made this feel like the perfect fit and made the previous job hunt worth the wait. I constantly felt like this is too good to be true and waiting for the ball to drop and it never did. I work with the most amazing team that inspires you to do better and don't punish you during times you aren't doing so strong. I plan to stay and grow for this company for as long as possible.

The travel to conferences can be a lot sometimes but you can always choose not to go. It is always optional but it is fun to go and meet new people in different parts of the country. Also, for some people working remote isn't for them but I personally really like it.

Structure and processes are not built out which can be challenging with ambiguity
