      Pros

      Easy to get promotions. Pretty much never work late. As long as you navigate the politics, you will be ok.

      Cons

      Complete lack of team spirit and direction. Instead of focus, the company chooses to pretend it has everything for everyone and hopes to sell. Multiple failed fundraising attempts. When things don't work out, the fault is always someone else's. Overall, a simple case of a struggling startup with poor management and an aging product.

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
